Job Details: Total salary package of $98,377.50 per annum Roster: 6 weeks on/1 off (paid Program Leave) Allocated work vehicle with approved personal use Fully furnished accommodation provided at only $30 per fortnight for utilities Remote travel allowance: $7,500/year (paid fortnightly) Relocation assistance: $1,500 Salary sacrifice: Up to $16,000/year You will be living in a remote Aboriginal community in South Australia. Choose either fly in fly out every six weeks or relocate permanently. Overseeing the daily operations of a busy primary health clinic. Leading and supporting staff across administration, reception, and clinical teams. Driving quality improvement, accreditation, and compliance processes. Managing budgets, procurement, and clinical equipment maintenance. Ensuring smooth Medicare billing, MBS claiming, and accurate reporting. Coordinating visiting health professionals and supporting clinical onboarding. In order to be eligible, you must: Have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support diverse teams. Experience in health administration, practice management, or clinical operations. Confidence interpreting policies, legislation, and health service standards. Solid understanding of primary health care and Medicare processes. Ability to thrive in a remote, culturally diverse environment. Diploma of Practice Management (or equivalent).
